Roof Type Package Air Handling Units (Rooftops) are devices that can perform cooling or heating/cooling with a direct expansion refrigerant system and meet the fresh air needed by the area and perform all these operations in just one unit. Roof-Type Package Air Handling Units (Rooftops) work on the roof, terrace or other external environments and provide conditioning of the air inside the mahal through ducts. The main areas of use are large commercial buildings, business centers, airports, restaurants, department stores, cinema and theater halls, conference rooms, industrial buildings and logistics centers. The FOUR TCR series is designed only for (Tropical) climates that need cooling, and the FOUR TCRH series is designed for areas of use that need heating and cooling. Air conditioning is offered with many capacity options depending on the size of the environment to be done.

It is designed in accordance with the conditions of installation and operation in tropical climates. It has high energy efficiency and is budget friendly with fast and easy installation, low operation and initial investment cost. The main areas of use are large commercial buildings, business centers, airports, restaurants, department stores, cinema and theater halls, conference rooms, industrial buildings and logistics centers. There are many capacity options depending on the size of the air conditioning environment. Since there were roof-type air conditioners, fans and scroll compressors were used that did not cause sound and image pollution.
The rooftop units are manufactured with electrostatic powder coated on specially shaped aluzing sheet. it is insulated against sound and heat with a 19 mm rubber insulation material. The design of the device was made taking into account the priority of ease of maintenance and service. Thus, every point of the device can be reached.
Hermetic scroll compressors powered by R410A gas used in the cooling circuit are used and 1 or 2 units are used according to the capacity. Thus, the desired performance and comfort are provided. Again, there are 3 stage control options based on the model to ensure cooling capacities.
High-efficiency batteries with copper tubes with aluminum fins were used in the evaporator and condenser. Condensation occurring in the evaporator part, a special double-slope condensation pan is used. The condensation pan can also be manufactured from 304 quality stainless steel sheet or electrostatically painted. Condenser fans are offered to operate up to 65 C. In addition, condenser fans are resistant to external weather conditions and corrosion.
G4 filter is used as standard in the units. An optional F-Class filter option is offered.
TCR series Rooftop units have one control card. Standard Control card control card control commands, without the need for another standard, except for the optional electric heater, room control unit, sensors and alarms may be adapted to the control card.
