Ceiling and wall panels comply with the food regulation and are produced in 3 different ways in terms of surface types.
POLY: It is a galvanized sheet with a thickness of 0.50 mm on the inner and outer surfaces and is painted with RAL9002.
PVC: It is a galvanized sheet with a thickness of 0.50 mm on the inner and outer surfaces and is an ANTIBACTERIAL PVC coating.
CRNI : 304 GRADE 1 with a thickness of 0.50 mm on the inner and outer surfaces.GRADE stainless material is used.
The surfaces of the panels are manufactured in corrugated form. If desired, gutterless panels are produced.
The panels are combined with a male-female interlacing detail to each other.
In order to ensure complete tightness, wall panels are manufactured with lugs (with special Ears).
The panels are 1110 mm wide and can be produced up to 13.50 mt according to the project height.
In order to avoid damage during the installation and shipment stage, the panel surfaces are produced with a film coating.
Panels are produced with a thickness of 50-60-80-100-120-150-180-200 MM.
